The Opposite of People Pleasing is Honesty
This week we are talking about what it looks like to cut back on people pleasing because it has a negative impact on our own mental and emotional health.
BUT you can’t just go from caring too much and needing to appear amazing to not care what anyone thinks about you.
At first suggestion most my clients assume the worst” that means you’ll become heartless or inconsiderate?
NO of course not!
Our communication repair class called Undo Redo because we undo the damage caused over the years and have a redo with how we would rather it be from now on.
